I wanted to take some time to drop you a note to tell you what a wonderful job the IT support staff here is doing. Years ago I worked at Nortel providing desktop support and know what a difficult job it can be at times supporting clients with varying ranges of expertise with software and computers. The support I've received is one that I wish some of my fellow techs from my Nortel days could have seen to use as a standard for excellent customer service and tech support. David, Mark, and Jeff have always been quick and responsive to questions or problems. They are knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and kind. Whenever I have had a problem or question, they are more than willing to spend whatever time is necessary to get the issues resolved, never acting as if they are too busy or annoyed, always available to help in any way they can. I cannot praise them enough for the fantastic job they do and I want you to know how much I appreciate their hard work, dedication, knowledge, and friendly attitudes!!!
