About the Presenters
Greg Manson, Director of Audit and Compliance, Carolinas IT
Greg has 19 years’ experience as an IT Director for organizations in compliant environments including healthcare, medical device, and pharmaceuticals. Greg has an undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University and an MBA from UNC-Wilmington. Greg is an ISACA Certified Information Systems Auditor, passing his exam in the 90th percentile. Greg’s initiative led to the creation of our Audit and Compliance team, which now focuses on framework-based assessments (NIST, HIPAA, ISO), Internal Audit as a Service (IAaaS), Penetration Testing and Virtual CISO.
Katie McCroskey, Privileged Access Management SME, Thycotic|
Katie has 10 years’ experience educating organizations on PAM best practices. With an MBA from Cleveland State University, Katie specializes in converting complex security and technical topics into digestible information for organizations to make strategic decisions about privileged access security for real business impact. When not helping organizations assess risk and build solid defense in depth programs, Katie enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
