Cassie Adcock joins Carolinas IT as an Account Executive. In her role, she will work with current and new clients to help them navigate and choose solutions for their technology challenges. She brings over 5 years of experience helping clients in the Raleigh area. Her background includes providing IT Professional Staffing and Telecommunications SaaS Solutions for some of the nation’s leading organizations. When she’s not at work, Cassie can be found teaching dance or spending time with her dogs, Sylvie Mae and Parker.
Kevin Goddard is a new Service Coordinator with our Managed Services team. Kevin moved to NC in 2006 when he became a 911 Operator in Charlotte. Relocating to Raleigh in 2009, Kevin worked his way up from customer service oriented roles to Operations Management. As one of our Service Coordinators, he will be helping to provide our clients with an optimal experience by connecting them with the appropriate technical resource. He will also monitor the ticket queue to make sure that tickets are addressed and resolved professionally in a timely manner. Kevin has four dogs and enjoys hiking and being outdoors.
