Chris Brown is our Service Desk Manager. She has been with Carolinas IT for 5 years. “It is rare that you find a company that values everyone’s opinions and ideas,” she says. “If someone has an idea to streamline a process, it will be taken seriously.”
When she’s not managing multiple requests from our clients via service tickets, Chris can usually be found out on the lake wakesurfing. She enjoys bringing her dog, Luke, to work with her each day as part of the Carolinas IT pet policy that was recently implemented. “I love being able to have my dog in the office with me,” she says happily. No matter how crazy the day is, he is always looking at me, wagging his tail.”
Chris does a fantastic job of managing the Service Desk every day and we are pleased to have her as part of our team!
